Assuage Your Fears: Comfort In The End Times

             when oceans rise, my soul will rest in your embrace

God can calm the storm.

But if He does not .

He can make you walk on water.

He can also split the sea.

He can command a fish to hold you and bring you back.

Sometimes He can order an angel to slay some 175,000 enemies as you sleep.

Sometimes He can stop the plague for your sake.

Sometimes He will order the angel of death to skip your house because of the blood of the lamb.

Sometimes He will send Jonah to warn you of coming destruction. Even when Jonah is stubborn.

So you can escape destruction.

Sometimes He will send you angels to pull you out of Sodom.

Some in the Church will disappear like Enoch and Elijah.

God is good all the time

I have started to think of the end in God's view.

He is not bringing destruction for His children.

But judgment on those who hurt His children.

He is bringing His children home.

And He wants to come not mainly to judge.

But mostly because He longs for us.

Just as we long for Him.

Why fear the coming of your lover?

Why dread the coming of your savior?

If you are right with Him.
